Today most modern jewellery is manufactured in bulk using casts, unless specifically handmade by a jeweller. We have worked hard to find unique, affordable items of jewellery that you may connect with emotionally; a specific piece may remind you of your own mother or grandmother. Unfortunately, due to the precarious crime situation in South Africa, most women choose not to wear items of high value and many engagement rings are locked away and rarely worn. We have aimed to keep our stock affordable and therefore wearable, sustainable and beautiful.
Payment for South Africans: This can be done either by using a PayPal account, Wix Payments or via a bank transfer to the UK. Please get in touch with us at enquiries@losebyandcojewellery.co.uk if you wish to do a bank transfer. South African banks are set up for international payments and transfers and this can be done even through mobile banking.
Postage: All international postage is done using insured Royal Mail tracked and signed for delivery. Should the parcel for some reason get lost, you will be fully refunded for the item. Customs duties may apply.

Your order will be packaged in a beautiful, dusty pink branded Loseby & Co box, along with a separate vegan-suede pouch to keep it safe. We use compostable, eco-friendly bags for shipping. You can see pictures of our packaging on our website.

We test all our gold and its carat with our goldsmith.
