This is a sumptuous 18ct gold antique diamond and sapphire bump ring with a central deep blue 0.3ct sapphire and two flanking 0.07ct of round brilliant cut diamonds. It weighs 7.52g and is a size T/ US 9.75 but sizeable. The top of the ring measures 6mm. It is fully hallmarked, was assayed in London and dates back to 1949!
