What a stunning antique 9ct gold crescent brooch which can be worn as a brooch or extender pendant. It is set with alternating garnets and spinels with some lovely detailing surrounding the gems.  It is unmarked but tests for 9ct gold and weighs 4.8g. It measures 4.5cm
